Why do I get account error when logging in from Windows?

When trying to log into https://www.mydoromanager.com I get an error message in the lower right corner of the browser I have set up an account on my phone DORO PHONE EASY 632 with a username of 8847598 and a password I have checked the password is correct including the first letter which is a capital I have also done a synchronisation on the phone which was successful please can you help

Hi Clive. Can you check the email you used to register, maybe they sent a verification mail that you need to open before being able to access your account.
