Why does my Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime show error when trying to update?
When I update my mobile it's show error then my device doesn't work if I switch on the it automatically switch off on going on

Do you ever installed Super SU? Or custom binary?. If u want to get last updates go to web page sammobile.com or youmobile.org . There u can download updates and flash them.
