It cost 15c/minute. Freedom Mobile offers a U.S. Roaming add-on for $15/month for 1GB of data, unlimited texts, and 2400 minutes. There's also the World Traveller add-on for $8/month that reduces rates for as low as 5c/min, 3c/text, and 3c/mb. Hope that helps!
