It shut down unexpectedly today and won't turn on unless the battery pack is out of it for a while and it only is on for thirty seconds. When I plug it in it doesn't show any sign of charging unless I pulled the battery for a while and it only shows for thirty seconds or so. It doesn't stay on long at all, what should I do?
