First you have to check if your phone is compatible with Rogers. If you have a Bell CDMA phone, then it is not possible to use it with Rogers. You have to get a new phone if this is the case. Get a GSM phone if you want to use their service. Once you have a Rogers compatible phone, you would be able to use any of their plans.
