I bought this product for my son for Christmas 1/12/2015, worked well up to this week, started doing a message - initialising andriod when switching back on, tried holding the on button for 30 seconds and on button / volume - button, still will not fire up? has 5 flashes of white light at the bottom of the screen, the battery was already charged? I presume as less than 12 months old, it is under warranty?, I bought from Amazon but the return period is 2 months, how do I go about getting this under warranty?
