Hi,

I've been seeing this number with "Special Outgoing" beside it. I've contacted cell company at least six times to get an explanation. Bottom line: They have no explanation. Each new customer service  rep did not have an answer and decided to brush me off with different excuses which made absolutely no sense at all. I just tried again this morning with another call and once again was given some reason which makes no sense at all. I was told to go on "text.ca" and look into it there. I did and found nothing which helped or explained anything. I was given another runaround. Something completely different. I am ready now to place my opinion on this phone company who has useless customer service reps as their employees. Looks like it's time for me to switch phone companies. Thank you for nothing Primus. I will be venting my dissatisfaction with your services, to all social media.

Hi kk. Are you with Freedom Mobile? Cause I did a quick Google of the number and it happens to some Freedom Mobile customers. Have you tried reaching Freedom Mobile regarding this issue?
