Is my ZTE Blade Q Mini covered by warranty?

I have ZTE Blade Q Mini Black which was purchased in October 2014. For some reason the power button doesn't work any more. I can't switch off the phone or wake him up. If the phone is not used for a while (good few days) then the power button is operational again but after a while of using the phone the power button doesn't work again.
Can this be repaired or phone replaced under warranty and what is the procedure ?

To find out if your phone's issue is covered by warranty, contact ZTE and ask how and where you can bring your phone for repair. Only after they check your phone can they tell if repair cost will be covered by warranty or not.
