Voice only,no data connection

how do I get it off of voice ONLY,no data connection?? cant make outgoing phone calls,




Hi Barb. I'm a bit confused with the problem. Are you not able to make calls? Restart your phone to refresh network signal then try making a call. Also, make sure that you have minutes in your account. If you can't use data connection, do you still have data left in your account? Also, check the APN settings, make sure it is correct in accordance to AT&T's APN settings.
