Did Virgin Mobile Canada false advertise the HTC Legend's memory capabilities?

STAY AWAY FROM VIRGIN!!! I had purchased 2 HTC Legends from Virgin Mobile Canada when they fist were released in mid June. SInce having them, it has been nothing short of a disaster. Phone will power off and reboot for no reason at any time, drops wifi at any time costing extra money on data, unreliable email over exchange, and the latest I have found out was false advertising....

If anyone has purchased a HTC Legend from them between June and beginning of November you may want to know this. It may seem small but with everything else Virigin does up here, it may be worth making a stink about it. Originally, when purchased, both at the Virgin kiosk and on the website, it was advertised as capable of expanding the memory to 64GB total with 1x64GB micro-SD card. Since then (and after tons of complaints that a 64GB chip doesn't exist I found out after) they had changed the site and the kiosks to read that the phone is capable of up to 32GB (1x32GB).

If anyone else has a Legend and purchased in that time frame, please help me and reply back. I really am totally pissed at Virigin and will do just about anything to get out of the contract without an early termination fee and send the damn phones back. Lack of calls back, false case notes entered by their call center employees, poor quality service, defective phones (have had 4 HTC Legends between my wife and I now), and Iam just sick and tired of this now. I have been complaining about these issues for nearly 5 months now and they are totally blowing me off every time.
