When I plug the usb cable from the computer to my ereader (Kobo Glo) it asks if I want to connect, I hit the connect , and then the screen states (Connected and charging) it is not recognized. I then go to control panel in the main computer and see that the usb is not functioning correctly states (code 43). any help appreciated?
