I'm getting frustrated. I bought a one plus 5 and stupidly went ahead and switched from PC Mobile to Koodo and took my phone number with it. This therefore cancelled my account with PC Mobile. Now, the unlock code I was provided with does not work. I called Bell (the network that PC Mobile is with) and they told me to call Motorola for the unlock code (I have the email with the unlock code that no longer works). Motorola claims they don't provide. I don't know what to do. I wasted 50 bucks on this. Can someone point me in the right direction?
Hi Patrick. Sorry, which phone are you using? With regards to unlocking, you should contact the carrier your phone is locked with, if it's Bell, contact Bell. But looks like you already purchased an unlocking code but doesn't, please report this code. Make sure you provided the IMEI cause the code will match to that.
