Why does Sony Xperia M4 Aqua show 1 new message but there's none?
The message icon is showing 1 message but I have no new messages how can I delete it?

I see that you wrote your question 1 month ago. Did yoi fix it? If you did, please tell me how
I have the same problem.
First the phone isnt ringing. Not sure if that is fixed or not.
Now it is showing i have 1 message. Even tho i erased everything in messages
