Why can't I send text messages on the Nokia Lumia 830?
Absolutely can not text or phone out most of the time no matter how much money I pay, is it the phone or need a more expensive plan?

Hi there! Try restarting your phone. Also, make sure you have enough credits and good network signal to be able to send/make calls and texts. Which carrier are you with? Maybe the carrier is experiencing some problems.
