Why does Telus keep on changing their text messaging rates?
for every text i send with telus it costs 10 cents but in febuary 2004 the price went up to 15 cents untill may so its over but im wondering why did they do this?

i think it's a standard charge now...Fido changed to 15 cents a message to send and free to recieve within north america through any CELLULAR phones.. regardless of the service provider, 20 cents send and recieve internationally and 15 cents to recieve from internet messages..ie fido.ca, msn instant message..etc..
