Why does my phone only switch on when I plug in to charger?
Switch off and switch on not working only switch on when i plug the charger .how fix this problem

Its not a issue of battery, because i have facing same problem on Kitkat version but when i upgrade to Lolipop then no auto switch on issue .
It sounds like your battery has an issue. It probably doesn't hold charge anymore. Try getting a new battery and let me know if that solves your issue.
