Why can't I purchase apps on the app store of Nokia Lumia 630?
whenever i try to buy a full version of an app or an in game item eg. money from my o2 uk account it just says cant connect to store try again later. and i do have credit

Contact O2 as it could be an issue on their end. There could be something wrong with system during the time you attempted using your credits.
