What to do when sound does not work on ZTE phone?
Phone got security code thing. Sound won't work and cannot use WiFi text app. No sound whatsoever. It's PCS metro and had to buy new phone. Can I get sound on this one?

Hi Duane. Which ZTE phone are you using? If you are not hearing ringtone, while in home screen, press volume up button, volume bar will show up, maximize it.
