Hi fphowell. Which browser are you using? If it's Google Chrome, open it -> Settings -> Home page -> Open this page -> Change it to the home page you desire. If that doesn't work, try to go to System Settings -> Apps -> look for Google Chrome -> Clear data, keep in mind that doing this will erase all history and logins on the browser. If it still won't work, try to uninstall it then install it again or simply install and use a different browser.
