a friend of mine told me he is getting 5gb data plus usual talk and texts with Rogers for approx $40 to $50 a month, he said he managed to get a Manitoba number, but could still use his own number, then after one billing cycle he could ditch the Manitoba number and revert back to his old number as primary, and all this for around $40 to 45 a month . in ontario this would be over $100. does anyone know how to do this legitimately.
