When do Roaming charges apply with Koodo Mobile?
if travelling in the states and i leave the phone on
regardless if i take for make calls
DO i get charged for roaming
or do i have to turn phone off.

Only once you use your phone will you incur roaming charges. If you bring it but don't use it, there is no charge.
