I backed up my phone on Samsung Cloud, and did a factory reset. But when I scroll through my phone, I found that my pictures in Gallery have all been deleted. I figured maybe my backed up datas haven’t all been synced. I waited for hours for them to come back but it seemed that they have all been permanently deleted. Is it possible to get these photos back? I am open to any suggestions, ideas, and/or solutions you might have. Thank you.
