reasonable phone plan - Canada and Mexico

I would like to find a reasonably priced phone plan for Canada and Mexico   -I spend 6 months in each country and would prefer using only one phone. Does anyone have any suggestions

    Hi Carl

    I did end up finding a plan with Freedom Mobile. It is their going south plan that is no longer offered but because I had it last year the loyalty department gave it to me . So now all Canada and Mexico calling and texting  is free and there is a little bit of data - all for $ 50 a month which is around the price I was looking for
