What if I have a question for Virgin Mobile regarding billing?

Heads up,
I had a virgin prepaid account
at the time of signing I was given a piece of crap blackberry
which virgin acknowledges was problematic
the cell was constantly pocket dialing my contacts, my cell bill went from $35.00
to $150.00 because of this.

I called 1 800 to cancel on Sunday February 16th 2014 was told I still have to pay $118.00 until March
2014 WTF?
I paid off my tab on Saturday , February 15th 2014

like I said virgin acknowledges there are problems with the blackberry cell phone I was given at the time
they told me it was the only model available for a prepaid policy
what is Virgin going to do for me with my $150.00 overcharges because of blackberry pocket dialing?

I have sent an email to the crtc regarding this complaint

normal bill is $35.00 approximately ,I'm told I have to pay $118.00 for march why is that

I opened a new account with virgin On Saturday February 15th not knowing I was not a Virgin anymore as
I had been screwed over by you people, I will likely be cancelling this new account immediately within the 15 day time frame
