Need to ask why my lucky mobile plan ,,I can't send pictures or use my mobile data




Hi Elden. You can contact Lucky Mobile at 1 833-885-8259. Have you tried updating the APN settings of your phone?


If you are using an Android device:


  1. Navigate to your phone’s Settings
  2. Navigate to Connection and Mobile Networks Settings (the wording in your menu may vary)
  3. Select Access Point Names
  4. Select Add a New APN
  5. Enter the following information and leave the remaining fields blank:
    1. Name: Lucky Mobile
    2. APN: connect
    3. MMSC: http://mms.luckymobile.ca/mms/wapenc
    4. APN Type: default,dun,supl,mms
  6. Save changes
  7. Select Lucky Mobile to assign the new APN that was just created


If you are using an iOS device:


Your iPhone may not require you to update your network settings and the option to do so may be hidden. If your iPhone requires a change, please follow these steps to edit your cellular network settings.

  1. Navigate to your phone’s Settings
  2. Navigate to Cellular
  3. Select Cellular Data Options
  4. Select Cellular Data Network
  5. Enter the following information and leave the remaining fields blank:
    1. APN: connect
    2. MMSC: http://mms.luckymobile.ca/mms/wapenc
  6. Return to the previous screen. Your changes will be saved automatically.
