Does Roger’s Pay As You Go plans get the same signal strength like monthly plans?

I am planning to purchase the Rogers Cellular phone ... Samsung X426, And i was wondering if pay to go phones have about the same reception signal strenth with the people who purchase a monthly plan?

EricJohannsen is correct.

It only matters what phone you have and where you plan to use it. The particular phone you have chosen is, I have heard, quite decent.
