Why does the Play Store always show no connection on the ZTE Savvy?

On my ZTE Savvy when i try to open play store it will come up no connection  every time why?

Here's some steps that may fix the issue:
1. Clear the Cache on your Android Device
2. Check Date / Time Settings
3. Make Sure to Enter the Correct Google / Gmail Password
4. If still getting error, your last resort is a factory reset.
