Why am I unable to send picture messages on my Google Nexus 4?

On my Nexus 4 I used to be able to text pictures; had to reset to factory settings and now can't text pictures any suggestions?? I've tried everything!?

You must have removed the multimedia settings when you did the reset. Contact your carrier to request for the correct settings.
