Got a lemon note 5 edge, keeps freezing almost everyday. When it freezes I just wait for a 5 minutes than its good to go, but if I really got to use it like an important call and it freezes, I shut phone down and restart it. Called samsung and we did a factory reset, lost a lot of stuff like contacts photos etc. Did not fix phone. A few weeks later it was completely frozen. Could not even shut down. Took it to my sprint dealer and they did a factory reset. Had phone for a year got one more year to pay it off. Can samsung fix it?
