Hi, I purchased my CAT S40 phone in this past January, 2016. It's started being finicky about 3-4 weeks (maybe less) after I had started using it. Finicky with charging, not holding a full charge longer than 2 hours, switching contacts around, calling contacts while locked, etc. Today while I was at work, I went to send a text message on my phone and it was completely shut down (black screen). The phone was fully charged and connected to the charger, so it couldn't be that kind of battery issue. I spent nearly $500 on this phone for the sole purpose of it being reliable and with all due respect, this is an issue that really shouldn't be happening to a brand new phone in that price range. I would very much appreciate your assistance.
