Why won't Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime start?
My Samsung phone Samsung galaxy grand prime when I restart it does not work anymore it only show software downloading don't off target its not working for 24 hours now?

Let the software download finish, I think the phone is updating. Don't let the phone run out of battery.
