Still have my plan but contract is finished. Am I eligible for upgrade if I sign up again
I am in the same dilemma. I logged onto my Rogers online account to see what my discounted rates would be for upgrading to a new phone and the prices listed were the same as the prices they were charging everybody else. Talked to a Rep over the live chat and they stated that I would have to switch to a "Share Everything" plan and then I would be be able to see what my the costs for upgrading to a new phone would be. I am sure that wrong and that there prob. was some misunderstanding, but if they were correct then forget them.
