My lenovo vibe k5 note theme option is deleted and wallpaper option in display is not working i cant change my lockscreen wallpaper and my home screen wallpaper can be changed but i can not change my resolution

The theme and wallpaper is not working whenever i want to change ....unfortuantely has stopped option comes i dont know abt dis prblm at all so plz hlp me how to solve dis prblm
