My Sharp Kin phone is stuck on the 'Updating Modem' screen. What should I do?

My KIN appears to be stuck on 'Updating Modem', Verizon suggested I contacted you?




This seems to be a common issue with Kin devices. Sad thing is that no one has found a solution yet. I would suggest you contact Sharp for technical assistance.
