Why won't incoming call screen show up on my Coolpad phone?
My Incoming Call screen does not pop up when calls are coming in. How do I fix this issue?

Hi Lynn. Go to Settings > Apps > Phone app > Clear data and make sure it is not frozen/disabled/force stopped.
