How to activate my already deactivated Samsung Galaxy Ace?
My Galaxy Ace has been deactivated and when I follow the instructions and get to 'Mobile Networks' it is blacked out. Any answers guys?

You did mention that it was already deactivated. You need to reactivate it again first before you can use it. Go to your carrier and have them assist you in the reactivation process.
