Hi Terry, sometimes it can take a while for media files (like music files) to show up on phones like the Doro Liberto 810. This is because the phone is still updating itself about the stuff stored in memory. Have you checked the music player again to see if the music files have shown up already? If there is a File Manager app installed, try using that too in order to see all the files saved to memory. Hope this helps!
