Where can you purchase the Motorola RAZR V3 (Dragon Tattoo) in Canada?

Can someone tell me which company other than T-Mobile in the US sells the Motorola RAZR V3 (Dragon Tattoo) I live in Ottawa Canada and no wireless company holds it yet. Can I purchase it from the US if it's unlocked and get the service in Canada ?

i'm pretty sure the dragon tatoo version of the razar is a tmobile exclusive. so...you'd not be able to get it here in canada or buy it unlocked with that particular paint job.
