Can I still get a replacement on the 11th month of warranty of my Motorola Moto E (2nd Gen)?

My Moto e 2nd gen (had for about 11 months) has been awesome.  Until the past month.  Calls are breaking up all the time.  I can't hear the caller well, caller can't hear me.  I don't use lots of apps, this phone is primarily for calling and texting.  I went through your troubleshooting and it didn't work. Software is updated.  Can I get a replacement?




I doubt they will replace but that it is possible that you will get a free repair depending on the problem. It is best to take the phone to a service center so technicians can assess the problem.
