Why do I keep on getting a pop-up message "Log-in failed" on my Samsung S425G?

When I hit "OK" the message disappears but it pops up again eventually. I can't find a pattern and can find no fixes listed in manual.

Hi Ann. Where are you logging-in? Try restarting your phone and then observe if the message still pops back up.
