So I haven't gotten water on it, I have absolutely no idea what's wrong. But when I click the power button it won't go to the lock screen and it also won't when it blacks out itself. The quick settings has completely disappeared, my notifications don't seem to work anymore, but I have absolutely no idea what's wrong. I tried restarting it, looking through the settings, everything I could think of
