I am out of province until Aug. 29, 2017.  The pamphlet states "complete your move before Aug. 27 and save $60.  How can I  insert my SIM card when I am in another province?  Why doesn't the saving start from the time I insert my SIM card?  As it is now, I lose out on saving $60 by 2 days.  Totally unfair. Losing out on Saving
