can somebody please help me!

You need to format that memory card in your phone before putting or creating folders on it using your computer. To format your card do the following...

Goto your menu
Click on Music & Media
Click on My Albums
Click on External Memory
Goto the options screen its in the right hand side of the screen
Click on Format
Enter your four digit lock code, which usually is the last 4 digits of your phone number unless you change it to something else. If you forget your password your phone must be re-programmed by a Telus Rep in a store.

Formatting your memory card in the phone first will create four folders on the memory card. One is called my_music, once you find all the songs you want from your computer put them in the my_music folder on your memory card and try again, if your still recieving this error something is wrong with the software on the phone and must be sent out to get fixed or upgraded by a Telus Rep in store.

Remember this phone only plays MP3's nothing else!!
