What's the problem with a LG Genesis with screen that went black?
My LG Genesis has a black screen and will not turn off unless the battery is removed. I cannot see the front screen or back screen, cannot make or receive calls. No water damageor any damage to phone what so ever. Phone is almost seven months old.

Bring your phone to the store you purchased it from to have it checked or contact LG to find out where you can send your phone for repairs. Hopefully, whatever problem it is, it will be covered by the warranty so you don't have to pay anything. Good luck!
