How to access files on my LG Escape 3 from a Macbook Pro?
When I try to access my phone files on my Macbook Pro I get the message that I should unplug the USB and unlock my phone screen. I've done so many times and I still get the message. Anybody know how to fix this glitch?? Help!

When you plug in your phone to your Macbook, check your phone for the USB notification, tap on it and choose "Media device (MTP)". Let me know if that works.
