Why can't Lenovo Vibe K5 Note answer phone calls?
On receiving a phone call I cannot drag the circle down to the green "answer" circle. I am able to drag icons on home screen normally. Hi Carl. Thanks for answering. Since I posted here I also posed the same question on Lenovo forums and was advised to try in Safe mode. I did that and I was able to answer a call correctly. I then reverted to normal mode and the phone seems to be functioning normally now. Lenovo thought it might have been a 3rd party app causing the problem. Anyway it seems to have corrected itself now, so I'm hoping I won't have the problem again. Regards, Rod.
Hi Rod. Are you using any 3rd party home launcher or dialer app? It might be causing the problem.
