How to fix screen swiping issues on my Samsung Galaxy J3 (2016)?

My screen looks normal but does not respond to swiping.  It rings, but I cannot answer it or unlock it.  Bought it at Cosco on Jan 24, 90 minute drive away.  No phone number on packaging.  Not sure what to do.




I think you may have accidentally enabled talk back. Let's check if you did by going to Settings > Accessibility > Talk back. If you are having a hard time swiping, use 2 fingers to swipe and double tap instead of a single one when choosing.
