Why won't Alcatel One Touch Fierce XL ring and just answer calls automatically?

Phone won't ring. Even after I've set it in settings. If someone calls it answers automatically.

Mine did this from day one. The only way to fix it is to do a factory reset. Make sure to back up your info to a memory card first.
