Is there an adapter that will allow me to read SD and micro SD cards?

I am trying to download from an SD card to my Tablet so that I can back-up my pictures on the micro SD drive in the tablet. Can I use a card reader through the USB port or is there another way. Thanks.
Hey Johnny. No need for an adapter. The Asus MeMO Pad HD 7 has a micro SD card slot (32 GB maximum capacity).
