What to do when Lenovo A6000 Plus won't ring even with full volume?

tell me any one i have LENOVO a6000 Plus There is problem in my message setting in that i saw my setting's the ringing volume full but when its message come not ring tone what is the problem

Go to Settings > look for Sound & notification (or anything similar if it is named differently on your phone) >Interruptions, disable it and make sure to enable all calls.
